The intercultural dance collective Grupo Oito is back with an artistic intervention in the public space: dancers and magic creatures dance through the streets of Berlin. They throw light onto the shadows of our colonial heritage, which has buried itself deep into our consciousnesses among other things through the racist names that are still borne by some of our streets and squares. NAME IT opens up the old wounds of the past in order to create a spiritual, utopian space, and initiate a transformative process aimed at healing and repair.
