There are seven optics guiding the practice. It is a way I developed to have an holistic view about the movement. Driving the attention to each of these optics will allow the participants to have a particular view about their bodies and enable them to create their own strategy to have a consistent progression.

How does strength affect your handstand?

Focus on the ability to do things that require much physical or mental effort.

How does alignment affect your handstand?

Focus on the capability of adjustment to a line.

How does balance affect your handstand?
Focus on reaching a state where things are of equal force.
How does coordination affect your handstand?
Focus on the ability to make all body parts work together.
How does flexibility affect your handstand?
Focus on the ability to bend easily without breaking.
How do forms affect your handstand?
Focus on reproducing particular shapes and noticing differences.
How do transitions affects your handstand?
Focus on the process by which one form changes to another.
